Aleksa "Queasy" Cvetkovic is a Serbian professional Fortnite player widely regarded as one of the best IGLs (in-game leader) in the game's history. Known for his elite decision-making and high-ground control in endgames, Queasy has secured four FNCS titles and over $1.2 million in tournament earnings , including two second-place finishes at Fortnite's most prestigious LAN events; the FNCS Invitational 2022 and FNCS Global Championship 2024. Queasy finally capped his insane LAN performances with 1st place at the 2025 FNCS Global Championship winning alongside Merstach and SwizzY.
